Our Story
Move The Wheel Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful observation: countless talented children in India lack access to quality education and the life skills needed to succeed in today's world.
In 2010, our founders started with a single school and 100 children. What began as a small tutoring program evolved into a comprehensive educational intervention model that addresses not just academic needs, but also essential life skills, mentorship, nutrition, and emotional support.
Over the past 15 years, we've refined our approach based on evidence, feedback, and the evolving needs of the communities we serve. Today, our five core programs—Velugu Essential Skills, Popcorn Projects, Vijaya Mentorship, Events, and Treats—work together to create holistic impact in children's lives.
Every milestone we've achieved is a testament to the power of collaboration—between dedicated educators, passionate volunteers, generous donors, supportive corporate partners, and above all, the resilience and potential of the children we serve.
